The board meets regularly. There is a general members' meeting twice a year. A board member is usually present on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. This board took office in March 2020 and is working on a plan to secure the future of this complex and to make the vegetable garden a pleasant place for all gardeners. In that respect we are still looking for something, but you will undoubtedly notice something in the future. This concerns a maintenance plan, activities and agreements that are included in the internal regulations. Volunteers - for members by members An association cannot function without volunteers. We assume that everyone contributes to keeping the complex in order according to their own ability. A team of volunteers is active that deals with garage sales, maintenance, machines, canteen, cleaning, etc. When registering, you will be asked what your contribution can be. We also ask you to participate in the annual cleaning day.
